I am a native of Ireland. I grew up near the ancient centre of our island, the Hill of Uisneach. Where, for 1000’s of years, sacred fires were lit at the time of Bealtaine, to honour the Goddess of our land Eriú, we, the Irish people, carry her name, and I have been a devotee, committed to carrying the remembrance of the sacredness of this land and those who live here.
I have been walking the shamanic path, which means living through direct perception and intuitive knowing. And my purpose is to be a guide, accompanying you to come back to a place of remembering, embodying the true essence of your being, grounded in the higher awareness that is encrypted in our soul.
The goal of the spiritual journey is liberation from pain and anxiety.
Our journey together will be one of alchemy, unwinding our attachment to the past and replenishing ourselves with a deep inner connection to our loving awareness and Divine essence.
In 2001, I began training with Amantha Murphy, international Shamanic teacher, seer and wisdom keeper. Her teachings resonated deeply and powerfully with me. Over 13 years, I developed and expanded as a medicine carrier, particularly working with the woman’s mysteries, the inner wisdom of the womb, the heart, tending to the altar of the feminine, which has been tended to by wise women, wisdom keepers and ancestral grandmothers since the beginning.
I am passionate about bringing to life ancient feminine traditions in a very everyday way.
My medicine name is ‘Singer of the heart stone”, Amhránaí na croí cloiche, which I received at Banba’s crown, Malin Head, after a 3-day ceremony, with a dear friend Eagle Heart, a Shaman of the Cree tradition. This name really resonates with me as my first training was as an archaeologist,t so the stones have always been a great love of mine.
I have been living by the cycles of nature through the seasonal spiral of the 8 points on the wheel of the year for the last 25 years. Each of the ‘seasons’ between the 8 points is presided over by a Deity of the ancient Irish tradition. Each of these energies is an archetype within us which we can work with to receive their teachings and their gifts. As each year passes, my connection to these Devis deepens and becomes more alive in me, as I spiral on my life path.
I am devoted to bringing others on a journey, living a life in sacred remembrance, of our true essence as expressions of the Divine and the everyday power of living by the cycles of nature, the sun, moon and stars. ⭐️
My work is to guide others to come back into right relationships with themselves, and to feel the presence of the divine in the ordinary. To live a life rooted in the ways of the sacred feminine, grounded and resonating our unique expression of our own innate medicine, which we have come to this beautiful planet to share and help midwife our consciousness to the next level.
